Baxter's Custom Framing & Design moved to our new location at 160 Kentucky Street in historic downtown Petaluma in September 2020. Our mission: to bring a high-quality Picture Frame Shop to the San Francisco North Bay Area. We love our Sonoma County location. Our passion for excellence inspired us in the beginning and continues to drive us today. Master Framer, Baxter Quinn has been in the design and framing industry in the Bay Area for 35 years. He is recognized and well respected within the framing community. He prides himself on offering a superior design experience and the long-term relationships he develops with his clients prove it.
